01The problem

Vanta's plant managers watched three separate dashboards from three vendors, none of which talked to each other. Anomalies were spotted by whoever happened to be looking, usually after a line had already slowed. Post-incident reviews meant exporting CSVs and reconstructing timelines by hand.

02What we built

We consolidated the streams into a single event pipeline and built a realtime web console: unified line views, a time-scrubbing incident timeline, and a lightweight anomaly detector tuned per line rather than per vendor default. Alerts route straight to the team's chat with a deep link to the exact 90-second window that triggered them.

03The outcome

Mean time-to-detection fell from 11 minutes to 90 seconds. Unplanned line stops dropped 22% in two quarters. Incident reviews now start from a shared timeline instead of an argument about CSVs.
